I ordered and received a ¾ size classical style guitar.  I received it within a few days and in excellent condition.  All I needed to do was tune it and play. It has nice sound for a smaller guitar and looks great. I think it is a guitar that will be used for many, many years. Before I ordered I had a couple questions that were answered immediately and with kindness.  I am very satisfied with service, quality, and price.
