Not happy with your guitar?
No Problem!! We accept returns up to 60 days from purchase date for a refund or exchange for any reason, and what's more, we will pay for return shipping costs! (within 48 US states)
So it won't cost you a dime!

For a full refund items should be in original condition and packaging, so please keep the original boxes until you are sure you are fully happy with your purchase. If there are dents or scratches on the returned item which make it sellable only as B stock we will refund you 80% of what you paid. Please contact us for return instructions and authorisation.
